Dovzhenko Center
The Oleksandr Dovzhenko National Centre (Dovzhenko Centre) is the Ukrainian state film archive. Reopened in 2014, after an extensive refurbishment, the centre is now one of the most dynamic cultural institutions in Ukraine. On a regular basis, it puts on film screenings, parties, seminars, and cinema concerts. In addition, the building is host to a cluster of cultural amenities: music lab KoRa, choreography studio Ruban Production, Dykyi Theatre, a bookshop, ETER café and the only film printing laboratory in Ukraine. In September 2019, Dovzhenko opened the first Ukrainian film museum to much acclaim.
